On the outskirts of Castagneto Carducci, in a quiet area, is the apartment Filipo. It is a penthouse in a typical new building with an excellent view of a picture-book landscape and the sea. In clear weather you can see the island of Corsica.
You can leave your car in front of the house and walk in a few minutes to the center of the picturesque Castagneto, where you will find pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors and bars.
In summer concerts and other events take place on the piazza of the village.
By car you can reach the beach within a few minutes.
In addition, there is a small private garden with barbecue in front of the house, as well as an impressive pool of the landlord (about 400 m / 440 yards away), which can be used at certain times.
